Artists in Residence

Our January Night at the Library is all about Artists in Residence.  Come visit the library at 6:30 and show off your artistic abilities.  One of the books that will be read is one of my favorites:

Honoring our Veterans

November 11 is a special day in the US to honor our country's veterans.  It is also a time to remember those men and women who gave their lives defending our country.
Veterans Day is to be known as "a celebration to honor America's veterans for their patriotism, love of country, and willingness to serve and sacrifice for the common good." - U.S. Dept of Veteran Affairs, http://www.va.gov/opa/vetsday/vetdayhistory.asp
